Visio professional 2019

The downloaded Visio, which I defined the channel as MonthlyEnterprise in the XML, is version 6.20016 The installation XML also defines update channel as MonthlyEnterprise.

We have deployed Microsoft 365 apps version 2006 on Monthly Enterprise. This is all fine and good, but I am unable to get Visio to install. This is a supported configuration, but both need to be on the same update channel.

Anybody that can provide any insight on how to get this combination to work?
